About openEPDA validation

Purpose

The service provides official validation of the data files against openEPDA file formats. The full description of the formats can be found on the openEPDA website.

Available validators

Currently, we provide validators for the following formats:

• Chip Description File (CDF)
• Universal PDK (uPDK)

Implementation

The validation is done using the openepda python package . One can use it on a local machine to perform the same validation.
